The 2020 “Power of Role Models” commendation and award ceremony for outstanding students was held in Shandong Xiehe University (SXU) On December 24th 2020.
This event aimed at highlighting the role of outstanding students and encouraging them to actively guide all the students to study hard and to pursue the the comprehensive development of human being.
The “Power of Role Models” annual commendation ceremony was composed of seven different themes, which are “academics and research”, “comprehensive development”, “fighting COVID-19 epidemic together”, “campus culture”, “charitable endeavors”, “national defense education” and “innovation and entrepreneurship”.
Ms Fan Suhua, the secretary of the party committee of SXU, extended her congratulations to the excellent teams and outstanding individuals who were awarded. In 2020, SXU has conducted a vast amount of effect work in terms of holding party activities, building of academic atmosphere, volunteer work, recreational and sports activities, national competitions, student financial assistance, national defense education, and innovative projects. Moreover, SXU has organized various events that aims to build unique campus culture, and has achieved some memorable achievements in national and provincial competitions. In conclusion, the faculty, staff, teachers and students all have contributed to the development achieved in SXU in 2020.
